We take great pride in serving Authentic American BBQ and specializing in Santa- Maria Style barbecue, the home of BBQ. Our meats are slow -smoked over real hard woods; cherry, red oak, hickory, and mesquite. Slow cooking produces a pink smoke ring; which is where true smoke flavor comes from. The longer you smoke your meat the larger the smoke (flavor) ring. All our side dishes are created in our kitchen, including our signature sweet poquito beans and creamy red potato salad.
