Thank you for choosing Boss Hawg's. We are a family owned, Topeka based barbeque joint. We care about you, our guests, in a way no chain or franchise ever could. We care about the quality of service and food you receive.

To ensure the finest barbeque, Boss Hawg's slow-smokes over select native hardwoods and charcoal. We buy only the finest, freshest meats, and we make all of our own sides from scratch- including cooking the potatoes for our potato salad each day. These things may take a little more time and cost a little more, but we feel they are important.
