Using a high-tech Southern Pride smoker instead of the traditional barbeque pit, Bottomfeeders offers barbeque like nothing you've ever tried.
"We use a smoker instead of a pit because it doesn't dry out the meat, " Chism said. "It's so tender, it just comes right off the bone."
The smoker cooks on a carousel and can cook up to 700 pounds of meat at a time.
With 25 years experience, head cook Mike Rylee has brought his cooking talents, as well as his recipes, to Bottomfeeders and created a taste like no other restaurant in town.
"We get a lot of positive feedback about the Food," Chism said. "It's really rewarding when people walk back up to the counter and tell you how good it was."
