Barbeque returns to Apex. Dixie Belle's Bar-B-Q restaurant is locally owned and operated by Apex residents Rich and Gina Kazazian. Serving Carolina pork barbeque, lip smackin ribs, barbeque chicken, tender beef brisket, smoked pork loin & turkey and many other items. The meats are all smoked with hickory logs low and slow to get that wonderful tender Smokey taste.
