G.T. SOUTH'S takes pride in bringing you authentic barbecue cooked in the Southern tradition. The finest quality meats are smoked with hickory wood up to twelve hours in one of our two huge pits. To enhance the barbecue flavor, each cut of meat is seasoned with our own special blend of spices.
