We put a lot of effort into the food we prepare. Our pork shoulder is slow hickory smoked for 15 hours. Our ribs are covered with our homemade rub and hickory smoked for __ hours. We peal 100 pounds of potatoes every day to make those delicious, creamy, mashed potatoes. Our yeast rolls are hand-kneaded and our dumplings are hand-rolled. Even our dressings are homemade. Some of the vegetables served come from the garden behind the restaurant that's cared for be retired men in the community.
