Jones Barbeque is a family owned business which started in South Seattle on MLK and Hudson.

Jones Barbeque sauce was made originally by William U. Jones Sr. the owners father, in Arkansas…(disticnt southern taste). Our meat is smoked to perfection using cherry and hickory wood, and we serve delicious homemade desserts too, ranging from Sweet potato Pie to Peach Cobbler. We are dedicated to serving the best barbeque in the Pacific Northwest.
