Real Smoked BBQ!  All cooked in house.  Noticing a lot of BBQ places that are buying from Sysco etc. and passing this off as the real thing.  We don't even sauce our meats ... our product can stand the taste test of pure smoked meat.  We carry sauces but only for people to put on for themselves.  We also were contacted by Food Network for Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and may be on an upcoming episode.  We have some unusual smoked foods.  We do the traditional and have created our own unique offerings done in the smoker.
