The meat is the easy part. At Robb's Ribbs we buy only the highest quality meats available.
The sauce is a more important part of the secret. My Original Barbeque Sauce is result of years of experimenting. I also make a sauce that is much hotter; I add habanero chilies. This sauce has won "The Best BBQ" sauce award at the National Fiery Foods Show, twice.
