The Q Smokehouse Buffet
The Q Smokehouse Buffet is a locally and family owed, family- friendly restaurant. The Q is open Thursday thru Sunday. Thursday and Fridays we are open from 4 pm to 9 pm. Saturdays from 11am to 9 pm, Sundays, 11am to 7 pm. And open only for private parties Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Q is a buffet, it's the only option, we do not have a menu. There's no salad bar here - this is for meat and potato lovers! During all hours of operation our buffet features Authentic Texas style barbecued meats including pork spare ribs, beef brisket, hand pulled pork and chicken. On Saturday nights we also serve our own special recipe hot wings. None of our meats are cooked in sauce - this is traditional Texas Barbecue.
