Whole Hog Cafe proprietors Ron Blasingame, Mike "Sarge" Davis, and Mike Blasingame are the founding members of the Plate of ChickenSouthern Gentlemen, whose outstanding Whole Hog won First Place in the 2002 Memphis-in-May World Barbeque Championship.
The same award-winning recipes are prepared each day at the Whole Hog Cafe. Ron and Sarge are certified Memphis-in-May and Kansas City Barbeque Society barbeque judges.
The Whole Hog Cafe Banquet Room is the perfect gathering place for any private party, reunion, business meeting, wedding rehersal dinner, or any other gathering, and seats up to 120 people.
